In preparation for the upcoming SNSF basic research deadline on October 1st 2014, The National Funding Group of the EPFL Research Office organises this workshop.
The purpose of the workshop is to provide tips and advice to help researchers submit proposals in coherence with the spirit of SNSF regulations.

In response to the recent news that Prof. Gisou van der Goot was appointed commission member for the SNSF Temporary Backup Schemes, we would like to clearly state that the sole focus of the SNSF Basic Research Workshop is proposals submitted for this funding scheme. Under no circumstances will SNSF Temporary Backup Schemes funding opportunities be addressed.
