The aim of this conference is to gather around thirty researchers to discuss different models coming from statistical physics on Cayley (or more generally transitive) graphs. These models include random walks, Bernoulli percolation, Ising and Potts models, spanning trees, Self-avoiding walks, Internal Diffusion Limited Aggregation, sandpiles, etc.
