In the first part of this talk we focus on steady solutions, showing that in the low-regularity regime their streamlines can realize any prescribed topology, a phenomenon that cannot occur for classical solutions. The key tool is a novel implementation of convex integration that preserves the topology of the streamlines throughout the iteration.
