\r\nUNIL+EPFL Health Days 2026 invite you to dedicate some time to your physical and mental well-being from 28 September to 8 October. Over the course of these two weeks, a wide range of inspiring conferences, workshops and activities will take place at various times throughout the day. Some events will be open to the general public and offered in French and/or English.
\r\n
\r\nMembers of the university community will be able to take advantage of the health screenings and assessments available at the Health Village, hosted during the first week on the EPFL campus and during the second week on the University of Lausanne campus. They will also have access to information stands run by services and partners committed to promoting a comprehensive, 360-degree approach to health and well-being.
\r\n
\r\nThe programme will be available at the end of August on the dedicated website: https://jours-sante.ch/.
Triple S (Super Sandwich Seminar) will feature three speakers per week, each giving a 15-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.

\r\nAfter quickly recalling the usual categorical semantics of extensional Martin-Löf type theory within locally cartesian closed category, the plan is to present some useful ideas to carry over some of the argument to the higher setting. Specifically, I will discuss the process of turning an elementary higher topos into a model of HoTT, and sketch important ideas used to prove the internal language conjecture for locally cartesian closed (∞,1)-categories.

This paper studies optimal financial flexibility in debt issuance. A borrower raises funds for an initial investment and may need financing after observing a private liquidity shock. Under non exclusive lending, new lenders price only their claims, so additional borrowing dilutes existing debt and leads to excessive leverage. The optimal simple debt contract is an endogenous debt limit. It captures the intertemporal commitment–flexibility tradeoff: more borrowing today fi nances investment but increases dilution incentives, requiring tighter limits on future borrowing. Richer clauses, including performance-sensitive debt and contingent prepayment provisions, re store the exclusive-lending benchmark by compensating existing lenders when new financing is raised.

\r\nThe program will combine a 1-day Scientific Symposium with internationally leading invited speakers alongside talks from the EPFL community.
\r\n
\r\nThe symposium will be followed by an early-evening roundtable intended to engage the broader campus community, including colleagues from the University of Lausanne and beyond – this roundtable will be part of the 2026 EPFL Jours Santé program.\r\n
