Established in Lausanne in 1999, FondAction contre le Cancer supports applied cancer research for the benefit of patients, particularly in Switzerland. The foundation offers 2 funding instruments:

BRIDGE is a joint programme conducted by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) and Innosuisse, the Swiss Innovation Agency. It offers new funding opportunities at the intersection of basic research and science-based innovation, thereby supplementing the funding activities of the two organisations.
\r\n
\r\nBRIDGE Proof of Concept projects support young researchers (see eligibility criteria on the website) who aim to develop an application or service based on their own research findings. These projects may feature any type of innovation or research field.

\r\nSubmission deadline: \r\n
Postdoc.Mobility fellowships provide support for a research stay abroad (24 months), for researchers who have done a doctorate and who wish to pursue a scientific or an academic career in Switzerland. NEXT APPLICATION DEADLINE. 05.08.2025 17:00 Swiss time

\r\nThe SNSF is organising an online event to present the Postdoc.Mobility fellowships on 12 May 2025, from 10:00 to 11:30 (Swiss time). The presentation of the funding scheme will be followed by a Q&A session. Interested persons can register now via this link.

EPFL Architecture is pleased to invite you to visit the exhibition of the Master students' work until July 31 at the Rolex Learning Center.
\r\nThe exhibition is divided into three distinct areas: the first brings together projects focused on resources and craftsmanship, such as wood, earth, and self-construction; the second features projects exploring urban and territorial scales; and the third presents work on social or individual housing, as well as interventions in existing buildings, including transformation, rehabilitation, and renovation.
\r\n
\r\nThe final reviews for the 2026 master's projects will take place from July 8 to 15 at the Rolex Learning Center and are open to the public.
