A review of various results of symmetry for the optimizers of nonlinear interpolation inequalities and a classification of some phase transitions between symmetry and symmetry breaking regimes; 2. Constructive methods for stability results in functional inequalities, including explicit results à la Bianchi-Egnell for Sobolev, log-Sobolev and related functional inequalities.
