 hancellor at Chitkara University\, Chandigarh\, India. She has successfull
 y experimented and launched the scalable model of PBL that  has resulted 
 in pedagogical transformation of UG Engineering Education in the region of
  North India. She is PhD(Engg) and has Electronics and Communication Engin
 eering as her background. Her research interests include Fibre Optic Commu
 nication Equipments besides Education Technology.\nThe seminar with the ti
 tle: "Designing Problems for PBL Oriented Courses: Cognitive and Pedagogic
 al Issues" will present and highlight the direct relation between the type
  of Open Ended Problems (OEPs)used to serve as the opening trigger and ped
 agogical tool to congition of the learners. The data sheets will present a
  comparision of  construction of knowledge of Treatment Group to the Cont
 rol Group. The seminar will also present how the model on PBL can be made 
 scalable using the same of set of OEPs.
