 ademic career\, and is nowadays even seen as an essential requirement in m
 any cases. Academic mobility can be defined in a variety of ways\, both lo
 ng and short-term in relation to distance and time.\nFurthermore\, since t
 he worldwide travel restrictions imposed due to Covid\, will academic mobi
 lity no longer be viewed as a physical necessity to succeed in academia?\n
 In this workshop we will discuss opportunities\, challenges and impact of 
 academic mobility. Participants will receive information and feedback on w
 hat factors to consider when contemplating their mobility. They will be en
 couraged to self-reflect in order to make grounded decisions regarding the
 ir own situations and aspirations.\n\nThe participants will… \n\n	Unders

 aware of creative solutions to balance professional and personal goals\n	B
 e signposted to practical information on how to find a position abroad and
  how to prepare for an international move\n	Feel more confident and inform

 ______\n\nCosts\nThe fee for participants from the ETH domain amounts to 
 80 CHF for a one-day course and 150 CHF for a two-day course. Confirmed
  participants will receive an invoice which has to be paid latest one week
  before the beginning of the course.\nCancellation policy\nFor cancellatio
 ns latest one week before the start of the course and in case of illness o
 r force majeure\, the participants will be reimbursed.\nRegistration\nRegi
