DESCRIPTION:[ Federal Office of Agriculture (FOAG) | Research Funding ] \n
 \nThe Federal Office for Agriculture (FOAG) promotes research for organic 
 and sustainable agriculture.\n\nThe FOAG can grant contributions for resea
 rch and development projects and/or interdisciplinary projects that requir
 e complementary skills and knowledge to be brought together in a consortiu
 m of several applicants in order to develop a new joint research approach.
 \n\nFunding is available for research and development projects formed by q
 ualified research institutes (university research institutes or non-profit
  research institutes not affiliated to a university) or qualified independ
 ent scientists\n\nIn the field of organic agriculture\, only collective pr
 ojects can receive funding. Consortia for integrated projects consist of a
 t least two applicants from different research institutions. These institu
 tions are universities or non-profit research centres outside the higher e
 ducation sector. The consortia are associated with research centres\, but 
 preferably also with sectors\, industry and SMEs\, as well as with local p
 eople.\n\nThe application must be submitted on the form provided (in Germa
 n)\, together with the budget template.\n\nFunding: No maximum amount\n\nS
