DESCRIPTION:Dear Female Doctoral Students and Postdocs\,\n\nWe are very pl
 eased to announce that the Fix the Leaky Pipeline (FLP) program will start
  a 4th run of the peer mentoring program for doctoral students and postdoc
 s in the ETH Domain.\n\nIn peer mentoring\, researchers who are nearly at 
 the same stage of their careers (peers) constitute themselves as group and
  take a proactive attitude to share their knowledge and experiences\, with
  occasional support from senior mentors. The goal is to empower and suppor
 t participants to actively develop their careers in academia or towards in
 dustry and to establish adequate networks. In the FLP peer-mentoring schem
 e\, peer groups are asked to constitute themselves ahead of the applicatio
 n. For their activities\, peer groups can apply for up to CHF 5000.- finan
 cial support for the duration of one year.\n\nApplications for the FLP pee
 r-mentoring can be submitted until 29.04.2022. More information can be fou
 nd here.\n\nA google sheet is at your disposal\, if you are looking for pe
 ers and want to propose a goal/topic. It’s a nice & easy way to network\
 , share ideas and find the right Peer Mentoring group for your needs!\nAt 
 the FLP Kick-off event on 15th March 2022\, we will allocate time for this
  purpose at the end of the event (invitation for the Kick-off will be sent
  by mid-February).\n\nYou can also find out about the goals & topics from 
 peer groups from the previous run and watch testimonials from two previous
  peer mentoring participants.\n\nWe are looking forward to receiving your
