DESCRIPTION:The goal of this call is development of innovative clinical qu
 ality measures that promote excellence in diagnosis of three categories of
  disease – acute vascular events\, infections and cancer. This is the fo
 urth round of funding for work in clinical quality measure development\; t
 his round prioritizes measures intended for use in the MIPS (Merit-based I
 ncentive Payment System) and the MVP (MIPS Value Pathway)\, and applicatio
 ns that utilize Qualified Clinical Data Registries (QCDRs). However\, inte
 rested applicants working on other types of quality measures and data sour
 ces are still encouraged to apply.\n\nFunding: $250\,000 - $500\,000\n\nDu
 ration: 18 months\n\nEligibility: The Foundation is open to receiving and 
 considering proposals from international sites. However\, the work must be
  relevant to the U.S. health care system\, and the measures will be assess
 ed based on their ability to be tested and validated on U.S. health center
  data and implemented in our setting. It is recommended to partner with so
 meone within the U.S. Applicants should have an affiliation with an instit
 ution or sponsoring organization\, including but not limited to academic i
 nstitutions\, health care delivery systems\, medical and clinical specialt
 y societies\, patients and patient advocacy groups\, medical liability and
  risk management organizations\, independent research organizations\, elec
 tronic health record vendors\, and others with interest and/or expertise r
