DESCRIPTION:Olivier Schiffmann\, University of Paris Sud\, Orsay\nWe will 
 construct an action of a suitable W-algebra on the equivariant cohomology
  of the moduli space of U(r)-instantons on R^4\, and identify the corresp
 onding module with a Verma module. We will show that the fundamental clas
 s of the moduli space is a Whittaker vector\, as conjectured by Alday-Gaio
 tto-Tachikawa (AGT). A crucial role is played by the cohomological Hall a
 lgebra of the commuting variety. This is joint work with E. Vasserot.
