 anges between undergraduate and graduate students at EPFL in a new “AI i
 n Academia” talk series.\n\nEver wondered what happens during a PhD? Uns
 ure about your next career steps? Interested in academia but have many que
 stions? This series is the opportunity to interact first-hand with people 
 in the field!\n \nWe are proud to invite Christos Sourmpis\, a PhD in neu
 roscience at EPFL. He currently works on modeling biological-inspired neu
 ral networks to fit summary statistics of neural recordings and generative
  models for computational neuroscience. He will also share famous neurosci
 ence repositories for those who are curious to play around in the field. 
 \n \nThe event will be held as an “Lunch & Learn” event on Friday\, M
 ay 20th at 12.15 PM CEST. We will offer sandwiches (free lunch!) that you 
 can eat during the presentation\, followed by a Q&A session.
