DESCRIPTION:The Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking is the European Union’s
leading research and innovation programme for transforming aviation towar
ds a sustainable and climate neutral future.\n\nIt aims to develop disrupt
ive new aircraft technologies to support the European Green Deal\, and cli
mate neutrality by 2050. These technologies will deliver net greenhouse ga
s (GHG) reductions of no less than 30%\, compared to 2020 state-of-the-art
.\n\nThe aircraft developed will enable net CO2 reductions of up to 90% wh
en combined with the effect of sustainable ‘drop-in’ fuels\, or zero C
O2 emissions in flight when using hydrogen as energy source.\n\nWith a bud
get of € 735.72 million\, 14 new topics of this programme opened on 12 A
pril 2022 for this first Call for Proposals of the JU.\n\n\nCall Topics:\n
