DESCRIPTION:The Radala Foundation is looking for established\, leading pr
 incipal investigators eligible for 200\,000 CHF research funding to pursue
  a potentially ground-breaking\, high-risk project for 2 years in basic r
 esearch in ALS. One or two grants of 200\,000 Swiss francs will be given e
 ach year.\n\nPrincipal Investigators (PI) - are expected to be active rese
 archers who have a track-record of significant research achievements in th
 e last 10 years. Investigators active in ALS research or in broadly relat
 ed fields are encouraged to submit proposals relevant to Amyotrophic later
 al sclerosis (ALS).\n\nResearch must be conducted in a public or private 
 research organisation (known as a Host Institution/HI).\n\nFunding and Du
 ration: max. CHF 200’000 for 24 months. Overheads and salary of the prin
