DESCRIPTION:Aim: BrightFocus provides research funds for U.S. and internat
 ional researchers pursuing pioneering research leading to greater understa
 nding\, prevention\, and treatment of glaucoma.\n\nPostdoctoral fellowship
  awards are intended for young researchers in their final stages of mentor
 ed training. These awards fund projects in an established laboratory that 
 will serve as the basis for the applicant's own independent research caree
 r.\n\nDuration: 2 years\n\nFunding: USD $150’000\n\nEligibility: Fellows
 hips are limited to researchers within 5 years of doctoral degree conferra
 l (or end of residency).\n\nHow to Apply: Applications must be submitted t
