DESCRIPTION:The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) 
 calls for applications to the “Investigator Initiated Research Award” 
 2022 call on Traumatic Brain Injury and Psychological Health.\n\nThe aim i
 s to optimize the prevention\, assessment\, and treatment of psychological
  health conditions and/or traumatic brain injuries. Proposed research can 
 be aligned with TBI\, psychological health\, or both.\n\nThe call seeks to
  fund research that accelerates solutions to improve the health\, well-bei
 ng\, and healthcare of Service Members\, Veterans\, military beneficiaries
 \, and the American public. The proposed research must be relevant to acti
 ve-duty Service Members\, Veterans\, military beneficiaries\, and/or the A
 merican public. \n\nResearch projects may focus on any phase of research f
 rom basic laboratory research through translational research\, including p
 reclinical studies in animal models and human subjects\, as well as correl
 ative studies associated with an existing clinical trial.\n\nPreliminary d
 ata are required.\n\nWho can apply: EPFL researchers are eligible to parti
 cipate.\n\nFunding & Duration: USD 500K for up to 36 months.\n\nDeadline:\
