DESCRIPTION:Aim: The Cancer Research Institute is requesting letters of in
 tent for its Clinic and Laboratory Integration Program (CLIP). CRI offers 
 CLIP grants to qualified scientists who are working to explore clinically 
 relevant questions aimed at improving the effectiveness of cancer immunoth
 erapies. The program supports pre-clinical and translational research th
 at can be directly applied to optimizing cancer immunotherapy in the clini
 c.\n\nDuration:      2 years\n\nFunding:       $200\,000\n\nEligi
 bility: Applicants must hold a faculty appointment as a tenure-track assis
 tant professor (or higher rank) at the time of award activation. CRI has n
 o citizenship restrictions\, and research supported by the award may be co
 nducted at medical schools and research centers in the United States or ab
 road.\n\nHow to Apply: The process for applying for a CLIP Grant consists 
 of two parts: a Letter of Intent\, and\, if invited\, a Full Application. 
 Letters of intent and associated supporting documents must be submitted el
