DESCRIPTION:MSCA Staff Exchanges promote international\, intersectoral and
  interdisciplinary collaboration in research and innovation through exchan
 ging staff\, knowledge and ideas at all stages of the innovation chain. Th
 e staff exchange is open to research\, technical\, administrative and mana
 gerial personnel.\n\nHow does it work?\n\nA consortium of at least 3 legal
  entities in different EU member states or associated countries can apply\
 , Switzerland as a non-associated 3rd country can participate as “associ
 ated partner”. Staff exchanges from Swiss organisations to other partner
 s in the consortium will be directly financed by the State Secretariat for
  Education\, Research and Innovation.\n\nDuration and funding\n\nThe maxim
 um project duration is 48 months. Staff\, leaving on secondments receive a
  top up allowance of EUR 2\,300/month\, the sending organization receives 
 EUR 1\,300/month for project costs and EUR 1\,000/month for management cos
 ts.\n\nRequirements\n\nSwiss organisations\, participating in an MSCA Staf
 f Exchange project\, need to provide a commitment letter.\n\nHow to apply?
