 ion purposes. Register HERE.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpace economy is a fast-grow
ing sector at global scale. In particular\, it is becoming a leading busin
ess and research sector in Europe. It is more and more important to develo
p new ideas and opportunities\, leveraging on the strong competence of uni
versities and research centers together with the solid support by space in
dustries and the growing constellation of SME and start-up companies.\nOn
the Italian Day of Space\, eSpace- EPFL Space center\, together with Embas
sy of Italy in Bern and the General Consulate of Italy in Geneva\, are org
anizing this technical workshop to promote a network of collaboration betw
een Italy and Switzerland\, involving Academia and space industries\, larg
e companies and SME.\nStarting from the presentation of new technologies\,
developed in Switzerland with a significant participation of Italian rese
archers\, we present examples of how space can present opportunities for b
oth for young engineers and scientists\, and for companies.  As it become
s more and more crowded\, the responsible use of space key\, as will be di
 scussed during a round table.\nWe invite researchers\, engineers\, space c
ompanies\, start-up\, students and all the interested public to join us in
this technical networking event.\n\nProgramme :\n\n9:00 - Welcome address
