 l learn\n- Recognize and name your skills and added value to the team's pe
 rformance\n- Identify ways to strengthen your autonomy within the limits o
 f your managers' wishes\n- Facilitate daily tasks by sharing experiences a
 nd resources (how to set priorities\, make the most of my time\, etc.)\n- 
 Exercise assertiveness techniques useful for setting and enforcing limits 
 (saying no\, managing expectations\, etc.)\, communicating sensitive messa
 ges and dealing with aggression or intimidation\n- Build self-confidence\,
  self-esteem\, and self-awareness\n\n\nThis training takes place over 3.5 
 days and will be given in French
