DESCRIPTION:What: Support to conduct independent research of international
   relevance\n\n	To improve the learning\, development and living  condit
 ions of children and youth or\n	To contribute to one of the foundation’s
  thematic priorities:  science of learning\, early childhood and rural li
 velihoods.\n\nThe foundation supports research in any scientific disciplin
 e.  Preference is given to interdisciplinary work that combines  genetic
 \, epigenetic\, neurobiological\, behavioural and social  levels of analy
 sis.\n\nWho can apply: Researchers anywhere in the  world up to 10 years 
 after PhD.\n\nEligible costs: Partial coverage of personnel  (incl. PI’
 s salary up to 50%)\,  equipment\, travel\, other. Covers 10% overheads.\
 n\nCo-funding from other  sources is required. The applicant’s deparmen
 t head (or other established  researcher) must send a confidential recomm
