DESCRIPTION:Would you like to travel and participate to an international c
 onference? Now you have a great opportunity!\nThe deadline for the submiss
 ion to IEEE Student Branch at EPFL for the local selection is November 14t
 h\, 2012\, 12H00!\nIf you are a master student and you did a good job duri
 ng your semester or master project\, you can write an article about it and
  present it to the IEEE Student Paper Contest. The finalist selected by th
 e IEEE Student Branch at EPFL will participate in the IEEE Region 8 (Europ
 e\, Africa and Middle East) Student Paper Contest.\nAn international jury 
 will then grade the written papers sent by Student Branches to the regiona
 l contest and will decide which papers will be accepted for presentation a
 t the regional oral finals. All this finalists will be invited and financi
 ally supported to present their papers at IEEE EUROCON 2013\, July 1-4\, 2
 013\, Zagreb\, Croatia (http://www.eurocon2013.org). In addition\, finalis
 t papers will be published in EUROCON 2013 conference proceedings and incl
 uded in IEEE Xplore Database. The winner will additionally receive a cash
