 they will change\, and then managing to stay open to these feelings make
 s us efficient in our interaction with others.\n\nEmotional Intelligence T
 heory describes four emotional key abilities:\n\n	Perceive Emotions accur
 ately\n	Use Emotions to help you think\n	Understand Emotions’ causes and
  changes\n	Manage Emotions by including the data of emotionsin our thinkin
 g\, decisions and actions\n\nIn this workshop you will learn to explore ho
 w these skills matter in interacting with each other and how they can po
 tentially impact your teaching. At the end of this workshop\, you will be
  able to give a definition of the emotional key abilities and identify wh
 ich of these strengths you would like to leverage and which could become
  development opportunities for you.\n\nApproach\nIn this experiential work
 shop you will be introduced to the key concepts and then explore experien
 tially how each of the key abilities could be applied and translated int
 o concrete situations at the work place.\nBased on your understanding and 
 learning from the role plays you will be encouraged to define personal st
 rategies on how to leverage and/or develop your own emotional skills.
