DESCRIPTION:Sexism and sexual harassment are a reality in the Swiss univer
 sity landscape. To help build a harassment-free university environment\, u
 niversities and higher education institutions are launching the first Swit
 zerland-wide Harassment Awareness Day on 23 March 2023. EPFL is taking par
 t in this important event.\n\nA video message by the Rectors and President
 s marks their common commitment to inclusive and respectful universities. 
 You will also find a Content Hub to deepen your knowledge of the subject.\
 n\nEPFL takes allegations of sexual or gender-based harassment very seriou
 sly and there are several support structures available to community member
 s. Take 50 minutes to follow our e-learning "You are not alone. Promoting 
 Respect". You will learn\, among other things\, how to react to harassment
  situations (as a victim\, witness or supervisor)\, what your responsibili
 ties are as a member of the community and what the EPFL support and compla
 int management process is.\n\nVarious online events are taking place on Ma
