 ce our next annual event! On this occasion\, we will celebrate the collabo
 rative work and achievements of our community of researchers and experts\,
  and provide an opportunity for everyone to come together and reflect on h
 ow we can increase our impact at the intersection of media\, science and s
 ociety. This event will also mark the launch of our new call for projects 
 under the theme "Shaping the future of media and society: multidisciplinar
 y projects on immersive and connected experiences and the open web".\n\nTh
 is year's event will take place on May 16 at the STCC and will feature a d
 iverse program that includes a pre-event workshop\, conferences and networ
 king opportunities. Our keynote speaker will be Natasja Paulssen of 4DR St
 udios and Dutch Rose Media (Netherlands)\, who will share her insights and
  experiences on volumetric video and the road ahead to bring traditional m
 edia brands into the realm of 3D. We will also have inspiring presentation
 s of AI-related projects supported by IMI on various topics such as comput
 er vision\, natural language processing\, automatic translation\, content 
 recommendation and video processing.\n\nMost importantly\, you will have t
 he opportunity to connect with colleagues and other members of the communi
 ty\, including during the cocktail reception that will conclude the evenin
