 annon considered the point-to-point channel with feedback in 1956 and sh
 owed that feedback does not increase the capacity of the channel. Since
  then\, it has been shown that (noiseless) feedback can provide better e
 rror exponents and simplify coding/decoding. Moreover\, feedback has ind
 eed been shown to increase the capacity of multi user channels such a
 s MAC. However\, very little is known about channels with noisy feedba
 ck\, primarily because it is a problem of decentralized control without a
 ny common information\, which is vastly a challenging and unknown territor
 y. In this talk\, we will start with a point to point channel with (passiv
 e) noisy feedback and present a new idea and consequently\, a new mathe
 matical framework to study this channel. Based on this framework\, we will
  study various multi user Gaussian channels with active noisy feedb
 ack\, such as point to point channel\, two way channel\, MAC\, broadcast\,
  relay\, MIMO\, and interference channels\, where there is hardly any theo
 retical framework\, if any at all\, to study these channels so far.\n \
 nBio:\nDeepanshu Vasal is a research scientist in the Department of Elect
 rical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at Northwestern University. He receiv
 ed his PhD from University of Michigan\, Ann Arbor in EE:Systems in 2016\,
  and was a postdoc at UT Austin. His current research interests are game t
 heory\, multi-agent decision making\, and feedback communication. Before t
 hat\, he received his B.Tech degree in electronics and communication engin
 eering from IIT Guwahati in 2009.
