DESCRIPTION:Transforming Health and Care Systems partnership is a co-fund 
 action under the Horizon Europe programme\, aimed at promoting research an
 d innovation to support the transition of health and care systems. The cal
 l tackles challenges facing health and care systems in Europe\, aiming to 
 move towards more sustainable\, innovative\, and people-centred health and
  care systems accessible to all. With the objective of optimizing patient 
 care pathways and integrating hospital services with outpatient care\, the
  call intends to build necessary knowledge and identify and implement solu
 tions for the healthcare of the future.\nAmount:\nThe funding covers the f
 ollowing project costs of Swiss partners:\n\n	SMEs\, start-ups\, for-profi
 t and non-profit organisations: 50%\n	Large companies: 25%\n	Research inst
 itutions: 100%\n	Each Swiss partner must cover a portion of the project bu
 dget through their in-kind contribution. Projects must meet all formal req
 uirements\, which can be found on the THCS website.\n\n\nDuration:\nEligib
 ility / Restrictions:\nThe projects selected within this call will be fund
 ed directly by national/regional funding agencies and partners from the fo
 llowing countries: Austria\, Belgium\, Denmark\, Estonia\, Finland\, Franc
 e\, Greece\, Iceland\, Ireland\, Israel\, Italy\, Latvia\, Lithuania\, Mal
 ta\, The Netherlands\, Norway\, Poland\, Portugal\, Romania\, Slovakia\, S
 lovenia\, Spain\, Sweden\, Switzerland\, United-Kingdom\, United States.\n
 Each proposal must involve\, at least\, three partners from three countrie
 s on this list who are eligible for funding by their respective national/r
 egional funding agency.\nDeadline:\nThe call is organized in a one-stage p
 rocedure:\n\n	Project coordinators are required to submit a Letter of Inte
 nt (Intent to Apply).\n	For eligible projects\, a full proposal must be su
 bmitted.\n\nBoth the Letter of Intent and full proposal must be submitted 
 via the THCS online submission system.\nImportant submission deadlines and
  dates:\n\n	Letter of Intent (Intent to Apply): 23 May 2023\n	Full proposa
 l: 13 June 2023\n	Rebuttal stage: 29 August – 6 September 2023\n	Communi
 cation of the funding decisions to the applicants: October 2023\n	Expected

 r Info: \nEven though Switzerland is not an associated country for Horizon
  Europe\, Swiss-based applicants can join research consortia on equal term
 s with applicants from EU member states and other countries participating 
 in the call. Together with Innosuisse the SNSF is participating in the fir
 st THCS call.\nApplicants from Switzerland must be eligible for the SNSF p
 roject funding scheme and are strongly encouraged to contact the SNSF if t
 hey are submitting their first application to the SNSF. Along with the app
