 avatars\, i.e. digital representations of users in a virtual continuum fro
 m Virtual Reality to Augmented Reality. Prior to this\, she obtained her P
 hD at the University of Rennes 1 within the Inria research institute in 20
 20\, following which she completed a 6-month post-doctoral fellowship at T
 rinity College Dublin. She will present the results of her research that o
 ffer scientific contributions to the study of avatars\, combining new theo
 retical concepts\, innovative technological developments and experimental 
 methodologies but also more psychological aspects that can explain the suc
 cess or not of such technologies.
