 f Copyright & Second Publication Right.\n\nThe workshop is addressed to a
 ll researchers in Switzerland who are curious to learn more about the pos
 sibilities of the second publications (the green road of Open Access).\n\n
 The workshop will cover the following topics:\n\n	When is a work protecte
 d by copyright and for how long?\n	Who is the author and who the right hol
 der?\n	What are Creative Commons Licenses?\n	What is the role of the 5 Swi
 ss Collecting Societies?\n	Open Access and Second Publication Right: what 
 is currently possible and in what directions are current discussions going
