 ital champion\, by offering a competitive digital economy ecosystem\, and 
 by setting up suitable infrastructure and training its youth in the latest
  technologies to become a producing country and exporting of innovative so
 lutions.\n\nThe Moroccan Minister of Digital Transition and Administration
  Reform and EPFL laureate\, Dr Ghita Mezzour\, will detail the means imple
 mented by the Moroccan government in order to take advantage of its potent
 ial with the aim of becoming an essential destination for investment and d
 igital production.\n\nAbout Ghita Mezzour\nDr Ghita Mezzour is the Morocca
 n Minister in charge of Digital Transition and Administration Reform. Prio
 r to her appointment\, she worked as an entrepreneur and as an academic on
  developing digital solutions that have strong socio-economic impact. She 
 holds a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s and a bachelo
 r’s from EPFL. Dr Mezzour has received multiple international awards for
