 \nAbstract:\nThe recognition of antigens by T cell receptors triggers a se
 ries of biological responses by T cells. However\, T cell receptors are in
 nately cross-reactive and the collection of T cell receptor repertoire nee
 ds to cover a large diverse range of antigens. It has been challenging to 
 understand the relationship between T cell receptor repertoire and antigen
  repertoire. Recently\, Jiang lab has developed several technologies to pe
 rform high-throughput and high-dimensional profiling of T cells with a foc
 us of T cell antigen specificity and cross-reactivity. In this talk\, she 
 will introduce these technologies and give examples on how they use these 
 technologies to understand the functions of the T cells in several human d
 iseases\, which could provide important insights to T cell biology and gui
 de T cell based therapeutic development.\n\nBio:\nJenny Jiang is a Peter &
  Geri Skirkanich Associate Professor of Innovation in the Department of Bi
 oengineering at the University of Pennsylvania.  She obtained her Ph.D. f
 rom Georgia Institute of Technology and did her postdoc training at Stanfo
 rd University. Dr. Jiang’s research focuses on systems immunology and im
 mune engineering by developing technologies that enable the direct profili
 ng of human immune systems in cancer\, infection\, and vaccination. Dr. Ji
 ang is a recipient of the prestigious Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundat
 ion Damon Runyon-Rachleff Innovator Award\, NSF CAREER Award\, and Chan Zu
 ckerberg Initiative Ben Barres Early Career Acceleration award. She is one
  of the ten National Academy of Medicine 2019 Emerging Leaders in Health a
 nd Medicine Scholars and was recently recognized as one of the six 2021 Ca
 ncer Research Institute Lloyd J. Old STAR awardees. She is a fellow of the
  American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE).\n\n\nZ
