DESCRIPTION:Aim:\nThe purpose of the Call is to enable researchers in Ukra
 ine\, jointly with researchers in Switzerland\, to undertake research acti
 vities in any scientific field. The Call is focused on researchers who are
  currently based in Ukraine\, including young researchers.\nGrants for JRP
 s aim to promote collaborative projects with clearly defined goals\, invol
 ving at least one applicant in Switzerland and one in Ukraine. Application
 s should describe ambitious research and propose innovative approaches.\nT
 he Call is thematically open for basic research. Research proposals from a
 ny scientific field as well as interdisciplinary JRPs are welcome.\n\nAmou
 nt:\nThe maximum budget available for a JRP :\n\n	Two years : CHF 265\,0
 00.\n	\n		Swiss : CHF 165\,000\n		Ukraine : CHF 100\,000 (two years)\n

 t least one main applicant based in Switzerland (eligibility criteria of S
 NSF)\n		 \n	\n	\n	Ukraine\n	\n		At least one main applicant based in Ukra
 ine\n		Institutions of higher education and research institutions of state
  ownership\n		 \n	\n	\n	Research teams are composed of four project autho
 rs (PI and implementers).\n	\n		The research team (project authors) consis
 ts of researchers affiliated with the institutions of higher education or 
 research institution applying for the Call.\n		The researchers:\n		\n			ha
 ve a full-time employment contract (the main place of employment with at l
 east 75% workload for the respective position) with institutions of higher
  education or research institutions\;\n			are PhD or doctoral students bei
 ng educated full-time or according to a dual scheme.\n		\n		\n	\n	\n\nOne 
 person can only participate in one application submitted to this Call.\n\n
 How to Apply:\n\n\n	Proposals are to be jointly prepared by Swiss and Ukra
 inian applicants. The Swiss main applicant must submit the proposal to the
  SNSF via its electronic submission system mySNF (www.mysnf.ch).\n	 \n	Th
 e Ukrainian main applicant must submit the application (in Ukrainian and E
 nglish) to the NRFU via the “NRFU Project Call” automated system (http
 s://nrfu.org.ua).\n	 \n	Proposals submitted only to one of the two fundin
