 is lecture presents our latest advancements in developing innovative strat
 egies for multiparametric imaging of cellular redox signaling events. By h
 arnessing genetically encoded fluorescent protein-based biosensors for Cal
 cium and reactive molecules such as ROS and RNS\, the field of redox biolo
 gy has witnessed a transformative shift. These powerful tools enable the v
 isualization of biological processes with exceptional spatial and temporal
  resolution\, both in vitro and in vivo. We have expanded the repertoire o
 f genetically encodable tools and introduced novel chemogenetic enzymes th
 at can precisely manipulate the cellular and tissue-level redox tone. The 
 integration of diverse genetic biosensors and chemogenetic devices has pav
 ed the way for groundbreaking investigations into ROS and RNS signaling pa
 thways through multiparametric live-cell imaging with unparalleled precisi
 on. Nonetheless\, there remains untapped potential in these approaches tha
 t redox biologists have yet to explore fully. This lecture will delve into
  recent progress and future prospects of these toolkits\, highlighting the
 ir capacity to bridge existing knowledge gaps in our understanding of redo
