 ing\nTuesday\, January 30th 2024\nFrom 13h to 17h30\nDuring this 4.5h sess
 ion we will cover the following topics\n\n	Installing extensions from JAR 
 files\n	Building a reusable QuPath project for training a pixel classifier
  or a deep learning model\n	Training and validating a Cellpose model throu
 gh QuPath\n	An introduction to scripting in QuPath\n	Automating simple tas
 ks using QuPath scripts: Adding custom measurements\n	Using scripting in Q
 uPath to process images using ImageJ and sending the results back to QuPat
 h\, example using spot detection\n\n\nThere are 16 slots available and par
 ticipants will be selected on a first come\, first served basis\nThe sessi
 on is open to everyone from EPFL\, the registration fee is waived.\nNon EP
 FL participants are invited to contact the BIOP directly\nUnjustified/late
  cancellations (less than 3 working days before the course date)\, and no-
