 inues its series on practically related light microscopy courses. We are h
 appy to announce a brand new course\, with a topic that was chosen based o
 n your input:\n‘Imaging Thick Specimen\, clearing and other clever trick
 s' .\nIt will take place on Tuesday\, 3rd October from 13:00 until 17:30 
  and will teach and demonstrate how to optimally acquire images of large 
 fixed specimen (organoids\, mouse brains\, large tissue sections) on three
  different microscopes:\n-Zeiss LSM980 confocal microscope with Airyscan d
 etector.\n-Zeiss LightSheet Z1 microscope.\n-Leica SP8\n \nThe course is 
 open to everyone from EPFL and registration is free of charge. However\, u
 njustified late cancellations (less than 3 working days before the course 
 date) and no shows will be charged with a fee of CHF 250.\nIt is expected 
 that participants are familiar with the basic concepts of light microscopy
  and have used a microscope recently. \n \nIf you are interested please
