 f sitting around a campfire and having a surprisingly good conversation?\n
 In this session\, we simulate that experience using a board game and creat
 e an exciting space for learning about self-reflection\, peer feedback and
  communication. \nCampfire Talk is a peer-to-peer intervention without th
 e need for a moderator.\nDeveloped using serious gaming methods\, this Cam
 pfire Talk creates an inviting and safe atmosphere in which players can sh
 are difficult issues they experience.\nIt has been recognized as more and 
 more important for engineers to be able to talk through the difficult issu
 es they stumble upon\, to give feedback and lead valuable conversations ab
 out emotions and approaches to given difficulties.\nThe session offers a b
 oard game format with roles that can be played out following instructions 
 given beforehand.\nThe players are welcome to take any direction in the ga
 me and explore as far as they want a specific issue(s). \n\n
