 AI on democracy. On the one hand\, AI is an opportunity to improve democra
 tic processes in our societies\, for example AI can help finding sources o
 f misinformation\, and help citizens to better understand politics and eng
 age more easily in democratic debate. On the other hand\, it raises concer
 ns about AI undermining democracy\, precisely because the tool can be used
  to spread false information and influence public behaviour.\nIn this Pers
 pectives on AI seminar\, we aim to bring together academics\, industries\,
  NGOs and politicians to discuss the opportunities and risks of AI for dem
 ocracy.
