 , particularly in the life of a company. Poorly managed\, they can cause m
 ajor damage\, both to individuals and to the organisation itself. Producti
 vity and financial aspects are also often impacted by relational tensions.
 \n\nWhether or not a person is directly involved in a conflict\, different
  methods of conflict management can now be implemented. These help to clar
 ify the situation\, often ease tensions and enable people to continue work
 ing together.\n\nSome of these methods will be presented and put into prac
 tice. One of these is mediation\, which enables solutions to be found that
  take account of all the different aspects of a problem.\nAs part of the m
 ediation process\, the mediator uses specific negotiation tools and commun
 ication techniques to help the parties themselves work out a solution to t
 heir dispute.
