 rkshop. The workshop will address two topics: \n\n	“Cracking the proble
 m”: learn how to define issues and develop solutions in peace processes
  by understanding a multitude of causes and consequences. The workshop wil
 l offer methods for dealing with highly interdisciplinary/transdisciplinar
 y topics.\n	Time management: the uncontrollable resource: running out of t
 ime when you need it the most -  time is something we cannot control\, so
  managing a good process that makes sure everything is prepared in differe
 nt stages is critical when dealing with high-intensity projects.\n\nThis w
 orkshop is given online and in case you cannot attend it\, please deregis
 ter so that you can allow participants on the waiting list to join in. \n
