 e specifically\, in what manner can traditional handcraft techniques activ
 ely maintain cultural heritage?\n\n—\n\n“Boulouki – Itinerant Worksh
 op on Traditional Building Techniques”. Founded in 2018\, based in Athe
 ns and active in various locations in Greece\, Boulouki is a research-and-
 practice collective\, dedicated to the study of traditional craftsmanship 
 as an embodied and inherently situated form of knowledge. Our activities e
 ncompass ethnographic fieldwork\, applied seminars and participatory build
 ing projects\, organized in collaboration with local communities and inter
 national institutions and experts. In Greek Boulouki means “gaggle”\, 
 travelling group\, a name evoking the travelling companies of stone masons
  and craftspeople.
