 . Cultures of agility\, lean startup\, design thinking\, and the importanc
 e of psychological safety within teams are all currents stemming from digi
 tal transformations that deserve to be disseminated beyond the digital wor
 ld. Similarly\, promising technologies such as AI\, intuitive client inter
 face design\, RPA (Robotic Process Automation)\, and many others are signi
 ficant levers for building our intelligent network of tomorrow and accompa
 nying citizens on their decarbonization journey.\n\nAssia Garbinato is a d
 ata scientist and artificial intelligence expert who completed her PhD at 
 EPFL in 2000. After building a career as a leader within Vaudoise Assuranc
 es culminating in her appointment as Head of Data & Information management
  in 2019\, she joined Romande Energie as Chief Data Officer in 2020. She w
 as appointed Head of Digital & Innovation in 2021. As a manager\, she valu
 es a human approach and sees self-awareness and self-development as tools
