  speaker of the day and the title of his presentation is "Determinants of 
 building demolition at the level of Swiss municipalities".\n\nThe axis Int
 egrated Design\, Architecture and Sustainability (IDEAS) is a joint initia
 tive of both the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Integrated Performance in
  Design (LIPID) and Laboratory of Architecture and Sustainable Technologie
 s (LAST) of the ENAC School at EPFL. Later joined by the Structural Xplora
 tion Lab (SXL) and the Building2050 group\, it aims to address an increase
 d integration of the various issues related to sustainable architecture wi
 thin the framework of the Doctoral program Architecture & Science of the c
 ity (EDAR). In parallel to the courses\, a networking structure is created
  for the PhD students through informal meetings and regular thematic excha
 nges between PhD students\, laboratory members and guests ("IDEAS Lunches"
 ).\n\nA light lunch will be served during the presentation. For logistic a
