DESCRIPTION:Marcel Langer\nQuantum mechanics is the foundation of quantum
chemistry\, and usually its laws are taken as fundamental axioms. However\
, it has been shown that some aspects of quantum mechanics\, in particular
the type of correlations it allows\, can be justified from basic physical
assumptions. This session will give a brief introduction to this argument
. If time allows\, some further discussion of entanglement and resource th
eories will be included at the end.\n\nReferences:\nPawłowski\, M.\, Pate
