n Emsley's research has focused on the development of solid-state NMR meth
odology for the determination of molecular structures at the atomic-scale\
, and has pioneered the application of those techniques to a wide variety
of important systems\, including biomolecules\, molecular crystals\, molec
ules on surfaces\, and amorphous materials. The advances have been made t
hrough the introduction of new concepts in NMR spectroscopy to increase se
nsitivity and resolution\, and to obtain new types of multi-dimensional co
rrelations\, in combination with the development of new computational meth
ods to model structure and to efficiently predict NMR chemical shifts. \n
\n\nThis is a free event. Registration is required to guarantee enough sea
ting space for everyone. Registration possible until January 22nd\, 2025\n
