DESCRIPTION:The EPFL Sustainable Innovation Challenge (EPFL SIC) associati
 on aims to inspire and support the development of sustainable technologies
  and solutions among students\, with a particular focus on combating clima
 te change and ecosystems destruction.\n\nSCHEDULE & TICKETS AVAILABLE HERE
 \n\nJoin us on the 13th & 14th of March 2025 for this brand new event at t
 he Rolex Learning Center & MED!\n\nYour participation is key for us. Our g
 oal is to show that anyone\, no matter their background (engineering or no
 t)\, has the opportunity to contribute significantly to safeguarding our p
 lanet for tomorrow. This is how the event will take shape:\n\n	13th of Mar
 ch \n	\n		12 Student teams from all across Europe will present their solut
 ions with a cash prize at stake - followed by an apperitivo\n		\n			We had
  42 teams register\, from 15 Universities & 7 different countries apply - 
 representing more than 1200 students\n		\n		\n		Industry\, Academia & Stud
 ent initiatives exhibition\n		\n			Opportunities to involve yourself in su
 stainability today & tomorrow with internships\, student projects\, and mo
 re\n		\n		\n		Wide array of speakers covering sustainable approaches to fi
 nance\, ressources\, energy and much more\n		\n			Complement your educatio
 n on sustainability\, in fields you might have never considered before\n		
 \n		\n		IPCC results awareness workshops given by student associations\n		
 (A lot more to be honest... but there's not enough space here!)\n		 \n	\n
 	\n	14th of March\n	\n		Continuation of speaker interventions\n		Workshops
  & pannels on careers in Sustainability given by E4S\, Deloitte and indust
 ry experts\n		An Academic Citizen's Assembly centered on the role of techn
 ology in the fight against climate change and ecosystems destruction\n		An
 noucement of results & closing ceremony of the student challenge\n	\n	\n\n
 We are committed to organizing an event that not only promotes environment
 al responsibility\, resource efficiency\, and social inclusion but also fo
 sters collaboration between students\, experts\, and industry leaders. By 
 creating a platform for knowledge exchange and partnerships\, we aim to ac
 celerate the development of concrete solutions to global challenges relate
 d to sustainable development.\n\nParticipation is free of charge\, but we 
 would appreciate it if you could register to the sub-parts of the event yo
 u would like to attend\, as some might be limited in place. Registrations
