 iversity of Rome\n\nElena Ambrosetti is Full Professor of Demography at th
 e Department of Methods and Models for Economics\, Territory and Finance\,
  Sapienza University of Rome. Her main research interests are internationa
 l migration in Italy and population dynamics in the Mediterranean countrie
 s\, population ageing and its consequences for the welfare societies. She 
 is Associated Editor of “Genus\, Journal of Population Science” and Me
 mber of the Editorial Board of the  “European Journal of Population”.
  She is and she has been involved in several international research projec
 ts as investigator or principal investigator. Currently she is investigato
 r within the projects: The subjective well-being of immigrants and natives
 : Italy in the European context (WELL-MIG)-PRIN 2022 and Age-It: Ageing we
 ll in an ageing society PNRR Enlarged Partnership 8-Age-It.  She has coor
 dinated the Sapienza teams of two H2020 projects: PERCEPTIONS-Understand t
 he Impact of Novel Technologies\, Social Media\, and Perceptions in Countr
 ies Abroad on Migration Flows and the Security of the EU & Provide Validat
 ed Counter Approaches\, Tools and Practices (2019-2023\; grant agreement n
