 t 17:15 in BC 420.\n\nThis event brings a unique opportunity to discuss ac
 ademic careers of today and tomorrow\, highlights the bottlenecks\, opport
 unities and diversity of academic career options. This event is targeted t
 o postdocs and PhDs but also professors working in research labs\, those w
 orking with industrial and external partners\, as well as EPFL services su
 pporting researchers through their professional development.\n\nSarah Blac
 kford is a career specialist\, known for her counselling and research on a
 cademic career pathways\, particularly for PhD candidates and postdocs. He
 r keynote will be paired with a panel of EPFL voices with representatives
