DESCRIPTION:Specta(c)tor\nSexism and sexual harassment are a reality in th
 e academic landscape. To prevent and deal with sexual harassment in our st
 udy and work environments\, we need to reflect on our own behaviour\, in a
 n evolving society\, respect the boundaries of others and take responsibil
 ity for ourselves and our fellow colleagues\, staff\, and students. Reacti
 ng when witnessing sexism or harassment is however anything but easy.\n\nO
 n the occasion of the third Sexual Harassment Awareness Day (SHAD) launche
 d by swissuniversities and in order to help the EPFL community learn how t
 o prevent and act against harassment\, the Trust and Support Network (TSN)
  and the Equal Opportunity Office propose a three-fold action:\n\n1. Take 
 one hour to complete the e-learning "You are not alone. Promoting Respect"
  and learn how to react to inappropriate behaviour.\n\n2. Follow the onlin
 e talk organized by the University of Bern (2025 SHAD coordinator) on Apri
 l 29.\n\n3. Participate in the Theatre forum “Coffee Machine” (in Fren
 ch on May 8\, in English on May 27)\, which will give the audience the opp
 ortunity to intervene and become "specta(c)tors".\n\nThe play “Coffee Ma
 chine” is based on research carried out by Dr. Kléa Faniko at the Unive
 rsity of Geneva. It lasts 2 hours with 30 minutes at the end for Q&A and d
 iscussion that tends to be very insightful. Here is a website for those
