 een 5:30 pm and 7 pm\n\nFrom Renaissance to Baroque to computer-generated 
 compositions\, the evening presents how mathematics and algorithmic thinki
 ng have shaped the evolution of musical composition. The concert includes 
 works by Bach\, Chopin\, Ligeti and many others\, combining piano solos\, 
 algorithmic pieces for player piano and interactive human-computer perform
 ances.\n\nA former child prodigy\, Kit Armstrong holds degrees in music\, 
 physics and mathematics. A renowned pianist\, he performs on the world's g
